10 minutes a day to a better body?

I'm ready to get back in shape (2 years after baby!) so I opened Lindsay brin's boot camp 2 DVD so I can do a 10 minute workout of my choice daily. I also plan to do squats while in the shower and while brushing my teeth, maybe add in more fitness as I go:)
